ORDERS

  • You will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID once you have successfully placed your order.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive another email. All That’s left for you to do now is sit back, relax, and wait for your fantastic product(s) to reach you!
  • We’ ve partnered with a number of reputable courier providers, so your items will arrive at your door in 5 to 12 business days, depending on where you reside.
  • All orders are shipped in completely sealed containers to ensure that all of your items arrive in pristine condition.
  • Please check your bank account to see if your account has been debited as a first step. If your account has been debited as a result of a payment failure, banks will usually reverse the debit within 10 business days.

  • You will receive an email with order details shortly after your order has been successfully placed. You will receive an email once your products have been dispatched.
  • If an unforeseen issue causes a delay in shipping your item, you will receive an immediate update from us, detailing the reasons for the delay as well as the revised shipment date.
  • If any additional problems or delay arise, or if you require an urgent delivery, please contact us at support@vakovestments.com, and we will assist you to the best of Our capabilities.
  • All transactions involving a credit card, debit card, or net banking are completed over a secure encrypted connection. Rest assured, your funds are secure.
  • the COD option isn’t available, it’s because this service isn’t offered in your area. You have the option of paying using a debit card, credit card, or net banking, or having the things delivered to a different address (where COD is available).
  • If there is a payment failure, please try again and keep the following in mind
  • Please double-check that the information you entered is valid, including your account number, billing address, and password (for Net Banking), and that your internet connection was not disrupted throughout the procedure
  • Even if your account has been debited as a result of a payment failure, it is usually refunded to your bank account within 10 business days. Please contact us at Support@vakovestments.com if you require any other information.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

  • Orders once shipped, are typically delivered in 2-4 business days within Maharashtra, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. If you require an urgent delivery, please contact us at support@vakovestments.com, and we will assist you to the best of our capabilities.
  • Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
  • .You will receive a tracking link or tracking ld via email once you have successfully placed the order. You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. You may also track it from your account on the website by clicking on ‘Orders’ in the upper right corner and then ‘Track Order for the relevant Order ID.

  • For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate reshipping for the product.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE

  • If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded to your bank account, not the current product price.

  • If an order is cancelled before the order is dispatched, we will initiate the refund and the same will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note- an order cannot be cancelled once the dispatch is initiated. In such a case, you can return the products once you receive them.
  • We update our customers via email once we initiate the refund procedure.

  • Bank refunds will take 7-10 business days.

Miscellaneous

  • No, These are one time charges and are non refundable.
